  1. What's ingredients do you make the eyeshadow pans with? 

Our Ingredients contain: Coconut Oil, Rubbing Alcohol, Mica Powder, Titanium Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate. All eyeshadows are vegan and cruelty free

2. When will you restock? 

We try and restock as soon as we can, most times it is each week. But please feel free to email us if you would like a particular product ASAP. 

3. What's the best way to apply your shadows?

The best way to apply our eyeshadows are with your finger. After applying this to your lid, then blend it out with a brush. We also recommend using an eyeshadow primer prior to applying the shadow.

4. Are refunds accepted?

Unfortunately not. Because this is a beauty product, any refund requests are unaccepted but, we are happy to send you out anew product.

5. I'm not happy with my product... What can I do about this?

6. Are Shannon-Renae Beauty products available anywhere else?

7. I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?

8. Can I change my order once I've placed it?

You can but please e-mail us as soon as possible.

9. Do you ever do giveaways?

We do… Be on the look out on our Instagram page! @shannonrenaebeauty

10. If I have an allergic reaction to your product, will you refund my money? 

Unfortunately no, all ingredients are shown on the website for each product. Also, we warn you to test the product on your skin 24 hours to reduce incidents to yourself. But you are welcome to let us know any feedback so that we can improve our products.

11. Do you do customised coloured shadows?

We can! E-mail us at shannonrenaebeauty@gmail.com with a picture of the shade (with a swatch if possible). We would be more than happy to customise a colour for you! But, this may take 1+ weeks to sort, and will enquire an extra fee of $5.00. But the shade itself will be $8 as per usual.

12. My shadow came damaged??!!

All shadows that leave us do not have ANY damage. However, sometimes in transit to you, they can obtain damage. 

Although we cannot refund our products, we are happy to offer a replacement.

Our glitters and shadows will be refunded at no cost.

Alternatively, our eyeshadows can be fixed by rubbing alcohol and placing a tissue over the top (there are loads of videos on this). 

13. How are eyeshadows packaged for postage to avoid damage? 

Pans are packaged singly (one) in small plastic box and are further put all together in a sealed bag, which has a piece of cardboard to secure pans. This sealed bag is wrapped with bubble wrap for extra protection and then packaged into our postage bags which have an inside of bubble wrap lining.

We don't mind if you would require a greater amount of protection, we are happy to use more bubble wrap or even a postage box to ensure you are comfortable purchasing our products. Just let us know :)
